​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​In organising your visit to Toohey Forest Environmental Education Centre (TFEEC), teachers are advised to follow the steps and guidelines below.

• Consult the Programs page or request a TFEEC staff member to assist in your selecting a suitable program for your students.
• Complete and submit the Online Booking Form.  NOTE:  Late cancellations will incur a fee of $500.
  
• For Government schools only, program fees will be direct debited (swept) from the school bank account.  For all other bookings you will be invoiced upon completion of the excursion.
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to confirm your booking has been accepted and entered into our calendar.
• Closer to the date of your excursion, a TFEEC teacher will coordinate your program itinerary and student field booklet. You will need to photocopy enough field booklets to allow one copy per student.
• In the event of injury / illness, you will need to ensure student medical details are accessible on the day.
• Contact the centre in order to obtain a copy of the relevant curriculum activity risk assessment/s?
  
• Inclement weather may force TFEEC to postpone the program. An alternative date will be negotiated in conjunction with the organising teacher/s. An after hours contact number, provided in the ‘Booking Form’, is essential for this to occur.
