Glochidion from Greek glchin or glchis projecting point, barb of an arrow, referring to the toothed leaf style of some species

Description​

  • Tree to 25 metres
  • Alternate waxy leaves which may vary in size to 16 cm
  • Tiny yellowish flowers in clusters
  • Fruit to 20 mm, green to pink when ripe
